Our Consultancy Services are designed to ensure that no matter where you are in your occupational Health planning we can assist you.
- From preparation of a tender to the implementation of a new Occupational Health service to project specific tasks, we will ensure that you are ready to move forward.
- We will carry out a full Occupational Health audit of your business, conduct risk assessments relevant to the smooth and safe running of the department.
- Provide clinical governance to ensure that your Occupational Health Advisors and Nurses are up to date with healthcare developments and that they hold a valid registration.
- We will also provide support on incident investigation to ensure that both you and your employee are safe guarded.
- We will carry out a comprehensive review of your sickness absence rate and identify where changes need are required to reduce or improve.
Our Management Services are for your projected plans, we will write your Healthcare Continuity plan so that you can have peace of mind knowing that your Occupational Health staffs are following strict guidelines.

- We are able to provide interim management while you are setting up your new provider or recruiting a new Manager.
- We can offer project management remotely for a fixed term, which gives you the support you need when you need it.
Our Training Service is designed to support and compliment; we provide training to Line Managers, HR and Senior Management about where you are now to how it will operate. We can also provide training to Line Managers and HR on how:

A nominated OH Consultant manages each client. Our OH Consultants are qualified Occupational Health Advisors who will conduct the audit supported by an experienced team.
